In he latest GOOP newsletter, Davo claims the following: "I need to lose a few pounds of holiday excess." Cut your hair, then!
He gives recipes for various salads, soups, smoothies, juices, turkey and, of course, reminds everyone to drink lots of water.
What are you not allowed to have? "No dairy, grains with gluten, meat, shellfish, anything processed (including all soy products), fatty nuts, nightshades (potatoes, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant), condiments, sugar and obviously no alcohol, caffeine or soda." UGH.
Davo is kinda like Regina George in Mean Girls - he always wants to "lose three pounds!"
We appreciate the food advice from the slender, diet-conscious actress, but this is a little ridic... especially coming from her.
Just sayin'!
