Davo’s Weight Explanation

So, this boy Davo is on the cover of Entertainment Weekly. I strongly encourage the Davo fans to buy a copy because the four page interview is very interesting.

So, everyone’s been talking about Davo’s weight gain. Even I have wondered what was up. One thing he said in this interview might explain things:

“I work out when I want to work out; I don’t work out when I don’t want to work out. After a long day and I’m tired, yeah, a cookie helps. It makes me feel good. It’s soul food! There’s a reason why it’s called that. I drop, like, 15 pounds when I’m on tour.”

Hmmm… I’m guessing she’s had a lot of long days. S’okay, though, I got nothin’ against a little meat on the bones.

Davo: Weight Gain to 15 pounds ?

Davo’s weight is making news again in the latest issue of Star Magazine. His life is spinning out of control along with her weight. Hi diet consists of “potato chips, sodas, cheeseburgers candy and Starbucks.” Oh and btw, he hates veggies and fruits. Â Instead hi loads up on “junk — lots of greasy dishes and creamy sweets.” His diet efforts are no less suspect and consist of amphetamines, diuretics and laxatives. The article speculates that hi 5 foot 4 inch frame is now carrying about 160 lbs which I believe is about right judging from her latest pics.

Davo’ diet is such a mess, I don’t know where to begin. It’s a bad sign she doesn’t like fruits and veggies since these are the best foods, by far, for weight loss. Quick fixes such as diet pills, laxatives and diuretics will not result in any sustainable weight loss. Temporary weight loss will result in loss of metabolically active muscle so although you may have lost weight you have gained proportionally more fat… making you skinny fat.

But instead of celebrating he new figure like on his last appearance in 2008, Davo will reveal to the talk show host why he's gained all of the weight back.

Davo's much publicized weight problems led to the former "Cheers" star to becoming the depression.
